- Open to everyone over the age of 16 who wants to create, develop or maintain a consistent journal practise
- In person workshop on Saturday 7th June 2025 in Lichfield. 9am-12pm (please arrive 8:45am). Full venue details below

- Notebook and pen are provided so no need to bring anything.

- I am an accredited Personal Performance Coach and Journal Mentor, as well as a professional trainer for the NHS MPFT Wellbeing College teaching journaling courses for mental health and wellbeing (so I know my stuff!)
